How To Use This Site
Actsone8MissionTools was developed with the busy mission-hearted teacher/leader in mind. We offer a wide variety of ideas, tools, and resources related to missions education. We are continually adding new material to our Web site, so if you don't find anything this week, check back regularly to see if we have added what you need. If you would like to submit an idea or lesson, then email it to us at: tsmith@sbtexas.com.
If I want to search for something, how do I do it?
Use the search tool to search by keyword, geographic emphasis, theme, audience, duration, or file type. The geographic search, based upon the ACTS 1:8 scripture reference, relates to community (Jerusalem), state (Judea), continent (Samaria), and the world (ends of the earth). You can use the search function to type in keywords such as: Africa, missionary, culture, prayer, Japan, etc. Then click on search and a list of search results will appear on a fresh page. Once you have found a lesson, powerpoint, or story that you would like to download, then click on the file to the right of the description to download it.
How do I use these lessons and resources?
Each lesson, powerpoint, children’s sermon, etc. will have a brief description with suggested ways of using it in your church. You can plug them into any existing program or you can create your own.
If I want to make comments about the website, how do I do it?
You can comment on the website by emailing us at: tsmith@sbtexas.com.
Also, you can give us feedback or suggestions for each individual lesson at the bottom of the description box for each lesson or resource. We would love to hear any ideas or additions that you have to make these resources even better! |
